Peter leads Cedar Stone with nearly 30 years in sales and 24+ years in ERP, Tech, Transformation and Change recruitment. As Managing Director, he is fully hands on, driving the business, leading client relationships, and steering growth. Known for honesty, precision, and market insight, Peter sets the tone for Cedar Stone’s values led, results focused culture. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family, and is a huge fan of strong coffee, Mediterranean food/cooking, golf and pub walks. 

Simon brings over 25 years of experience leading ERP operations, business transformation, and strategic change across both public and private sectors. With deep expertise in strategy and people-driven change, he helps organisations successfully deliver complex programmes with minimal disruption. At Cedar Stone, Simon brings a people-first perspective, ensuring our talent solutions align seamlessly with business goals and culture.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys staying active—whether hiking, playing golf, or exploring coastal paths with his young family. 

Namal has 25+ years in enterprise tech, consulting, and transformation. With a strong technical lens, he helps us understand how technology solves real business problems. His advisory role supports Cedar Stone’s strategy, ensuring our recruitment offering keeps pace with the evolving needs of tech leaders. When not immersed in technology, Namal enjoys cooking, travel, and spending time with his family.

Grace oversees compliance and legal operations at Cedar Stone, ensuring our contracts, business processes, and candidate journeys meet the highest standards. With a strong background in law and governance, she plays a vital role in protecting the business, safeguarding data, and upholding integrity in everything we do. Outside of work, Grace balances her professional responsibilities with life as a very busy mum to three boys. She enjoys countryside walks, Pilates, baking, and writing.
